Free 60 Minute Initial Dietitian Consultation from Denver Dietitian

For the month of February and possibly longer, Jen Birge, Registered Dietitian will be offering a free 60 minute initial consultation ($100 value).  Jen lives in the South Denver area and is happy to meet people in person, by skype or phone.  Her specialties are weight loss, diabetes prevention and cholesterol management.  After the initial consultation, you can continue to see her on an ongoing basis or you might decide to opt for the 13 week health coaching program she offers.  You will receive education and you will leave with recommendations, and a plan for success.

Jen's philosophy towards nutrition, weight loss and health is very realistic.  She believes goals are very personal and have to fit each person's lifestyle, including work and family life.
